Apparently he was far from the first. And none of that makes him a genius. That makes him a talented producer and artist just like many others. Yet Kanye is somehow the genius of the bunch? Maybe because I don’t keep up with Tmz or other media outlets that talk about things I don’t care about…but I have never heard Kayne call himself a genius. I am sure he has but, I literally used the phrase “this guy is a genius” when I heard “the college drop out”. Did I break it down like this video just did? No…but the tracks made me say it. No sheep here.

I dislike when people try to minimalize the talent of others. One commenter here says he can simplify the video as far as explaining what Kanye does musically. But if it was so simple why aren’t there millions of Kanyes? Truth is he’s a musical genius who honestly changed the game. I’m not even that big of a Kanye fan but I do respect what he’s brought to music. People may not like his character but I’m sure if we had the access to Bach or Mozart like we do Mr. West we probably wouldn’t like them either. Keep being an innovator Kanye you will be etched in history when it’s all said and done.
