If the owners of the property or place you reside in don’t wish/allow you to paint it neon green, spray paint the outside of the building with what you feel might be art, or spray paint words reciting your beliefs or feelings It doesn’t mean they suggest you can’t have them. The city also has laws/codes, rules and regulations that the owners have to abide by. They don’t require you to believe in them, they just require that you abide by the rules/laws/regulations if tenant doesn’t wish to, then they are required to until their lease is up. Then they are free to live somewhere that is more accommodating. But because someone feels art is a freedom of speech, doesn’t condone the right to violate the rules of the platform.
