Of course parents are responsible for kids but once something like that happens staff has to know how to react, tbey are all lucky lit boy ended up with “only” broken wrist get a call or want to check something in your bag etc just that one second alone your kid could disappear , it’s very scarey young kids have so much energy even if you train them there bound to be amused by something and would want to check it out. I always carry mine when checking for baggage you must be super mom then if you have never not once let your kids out of your sight , kids are sharp and fast regardless.

And we as older can’t keep up with them, on this one I can’t blame the mother at all but then again we are all entitled to our opinions when my boys were very little, they were on toddlers reins in busy places and near busy roads. Some people disapprove of them but I didn’t care. My sons’ safety was more important.
