I can relate to this, my father has Alzheimer’s and he can’t even say my name !!! At times I feel like I’ve already lost him for good!! He used to be a very happy person and full of life!! I cant walk on water but i can stagger on fireball shirt And 3 years after my mom passed away he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.. but God still has him here in the world’’!! I love my dad ‘n I appreciate him a lot

I just read your page and I know just how you feel, my sercomstandes were a little my mother in law stoled my daughter when she was 3 mo. old it took me 1 year to find her ,I had to put it back in court anyways to make a long story short it was years before we got close now she has a daughter my granddaughter and every time I go home there’s always something she said I did and she want talk to me . She has a drinking problem and all I did was try to help her ,she didn’t want anything to do with me now she want answer any of my text or answer my calls so I can’t talk to my granddaughter. It hertz when you don’t know how your children are doing . So I’m in the same boat as you are , God bless us both .

No matter what differences you may have with your mother, it is important to keep in touch. You might be enjoying life with people that you think they love you but in reality your mother will always have that parental love. The people you may think love you mostly don’t stick around when you are down (pennyless or sick) I cant walk on water but i can stagger on fireball shirt but your parent will accept you as her own regardless of your condition. If at all her son would have picked up her call and spoken to her, because she remembered only him, at that point of time, but he was too busy with his girlfriends, his own life, but after something happened, to his mom, he felt guilty, and forever, he will die of guilt, and yearn for his mother’s love, but it is too late, so guys, please when someone is trying to reach you, please don’t ignore, keep in touch, over the phone, before it is too late, prevention is better than cure
