your reasons for wearing the shirt says everything about you. Trying to piss off a political group of people? Hunny, equality is not your problem. Your state of mind is. Feminism is the belief in equality of the sexes while recognizing that females do not automatically have the same rights, privileges or advantages as men. Bus just turn it off and restart it that fixes everything shirt Assuming your equation was based on the idea that feminists want females to have half of the 100 could technically be seen as right except you make it sound like we are fighting for half and want others to have less. That is not the case. This may seem negative to people who want to keep ignoring the fact that women are not treated equally to men and can cause them to believe that women who want equal rights are taking away rights from men, but in reality feminists are moving to bring every person up to the same level that the most privileged group of people enjoy. This includes men. To be a feminist is to believe in equality and it is not intended to leave anyone else behind the way that women have been left behind historically. Feminists are pushing the world forward, not backwards into repeating the mistakes of history. Feminists are not seeking retribution for the hundreds of years (and the present) in which women have lived without the right to vote, work, manage their own money (of equal pay to men), etc. We want everyone to be able to escape the practice of leaving people out based on arbitrary characteristics.
