Please stop this narrative. Listen to adult adoptees. And on the 8th day god created nana shirt I want to save this to watch her forever & ever. I wish her parents could make a special page just for this little angel & her sister Lilly so I could wake up everyday & see them grow up.
And on the 8th day god created nana shirt
this really melts me, how genuine a little gal she can be. She will grow up w great humble n bold character w this family. The love she had how bless she is. Adopting a kid such a blessing to some family, ur guts n bravest I have to salute u all. God bless u guys This is really distasteful, exploiting a little girl like this in order to satisfy adopters neediness And on the 8th day god created nana shirt and marketing adoption. Emotional labour like this makes it so hard to even begin to question adoption as a practice and even more difficult to problematize the whole phenomenon.
What a nice shirt!
This little girl will be getting the demand for gratitude shoved down her throat from the first second she dare to ask questions that don’t fit the narrative, or should I say manuscript? Shame on you who are oooo:ing and naaaawing this piece of sentimental BS. As an adoptive parent, I am asking that you please take this video down. Adoptees come from trauma, and this is exploitive. They cannot consent, their stories blasted over social media. Imagine losing everything you know, racial mirrors, culture, language, religion…. these kids have no choice but to present as grateful, because they are in survival mode.
